Vite+ (vp) in this monorepo (apps/*, packages/*). Always `vp <command>` instead of pnpm/npm/vite/vitest/oxlint directly. Load before touching package.json, vite.config.ts, pnpm-workspace.yaml, tsconfig*.json, or running install/dev/build/test.
